Delta Taskforce Chairman, Asiuwhu, Expresses Gratitude Over Wife’s Birthday Felicitations
The Chairman of the Delta State Taskforce on Environment, Olorogun Godspower Omafuvwe Asiuwhu JP, has expressed profound gratitude to all who celebrated his wife, Chief (Deaconess) Omafuvwe Asiuwhu Philo JP, on the occasion of her birthday anniversary held yesterday.
In a statement, Olorogun Asiuwhu described the overwhelming outpouring of love through cash gifts, kind gestures, social media posts, calls, visitations, and other forms of felicitations as deeply touching and exceptional.
He said: “I am truly moved by the sheer number of messages, phone calls, social media posts, comments, gifts, and prayers we received. They were genuinely heartwarming and almost brought us to tears. Ah! What a show of love. This year’s celebration was indeed unique and special, reaffirming our confidence that we are surrounded by amazing and inspiring people in our lives.”
The Taskforce Chairman further extolled his wife, describing her as “a virtuous woman whose humility, faith, and compassion continue to inspire many.”
While noting that he wished he could buy thank-you gifts for everyone, Asiuwhu emphasized that his family’s love and appreciation for all well-wishers remain boundless. He prayed for God’s abundant blessings upon everyone who celebrated with them, adding that they too shall be celebrated in due season.
